I am Japanese, but after I studied Art in Japan, went to Grad School in NY, live in the U.S.A. and speak English every day. Banana is me. It’s Yellow outside, white inside (Speak English).
I was born in Hiroshima, Japan. This year August 6th was 75th memorial. My grandfather was a firefighter in Hiroshima, when an atomic bomb was dropped. That is why I am holding a B-29 Enora Gay with Little Boy in her belly. Instead of yellow monkey, I am dressing as King Kong. King Kong’76 was my first American movie I saw, when I was a first grader. I learned English from American Pop Rock music. Covid-19 made Asian difficult to go to super market and such. Same with Black Lives Matter movement. These 80’s Rockstar were from different cultural back ground and was accepted. I wish all the people can love and understand other people.
Soy japonés, pero después de estudiar arte en Japón, fui a la escuela de posgrado en Nueva York, vivo en los EE. UU. y hablo inglés todos los días. Soy un plátano. Soy amarillo por fuera, blanco por dentro (hablo inglés). Nací en Hiroshima, Japón. Este año, el 6 de agosto fue el 75º aniversario.
