The isolation of this pandemic has been difficult is so many ways I did not anticipate. The isolation from family and friends took me on a downward spiral of depression. This photograph illustrates my almost complete loss of self and hope. It was only after really talking to loved ones and prayer that hope and belief in myself returned; I was renewed and refreshed and ready to live with joy and hope again.
El aislamiento de esta pandemia ha sido difícil, de muchas maneras que no había previsto. El aislamiento de la familia y los amigos me produjo una espiral de depresión. Esta fotografía ilustra la casi completa pérdida de mí misma y mi esperanza. Sólo después de hablar realmente con mis seres queridos y de rezar, volvieron la esperanza y la fe en mí misma; me renové y me refresqué y me preparé para vivir de nuevo con alegría y esperanza.
