During quarantine, many difficult things have occurred at home and in the outside world. One of the things that helps bring me peace and relaxation is spending time with my mother, such as hugging her. My mother is portrayed as younger than she is to show that despite the reality of the situation, when we are in this state, she is youthful and in tune with me. We are wrapped in a purple spotted blanket to show warmth and comfort. Additionally, the blanket is reminiscent of a picnic blanket to show that we are enjoying time together. The scene around us is grassy and the sky is pleasantly blue. This is all to show that we are in a state of peace together, regardless of what may be going on in the world today.
Durante la cuarentena, muchas cosas difíciles han ocurrido en casa y en el mundo exterior. Una de las cosas que me relaja y calma es pasar tiempo con mi madre, como abrazarla. Mi madre está retratada como si fuera más joven para mostrar que, a pesar de la realidad de la situación, cuando estamos en este estado, ella es joven y está en sintonía conmigo. Estamos envueltas en una manta con manchas púrpuras para comunicar calor y bienestar. Además, la manta evoca una manta de picnic para mostrar que estamos disfrutando de estos momentos juntas.
